Returns

Thank you for shopping at OffroadHQ.com! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our return policy below. We will gladly return almost all items within 30 days of purchase. Returns may be subject to restocking fees to cover any credit card fees, shipping and re-packaging.

1. Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories.

These items are not returnable of refundable:

  • Special Order, Custom or Modified Items.
  • Clearance Items.
  • Labor, service and activation fees.
  • Any item that is not in its original, new, unused condition, missing parts or damaged by anything other than shipping.
  • If an item was damaged during shipping, you must retain all packaging, and send a photo to

    returns@offroadhq.com for a prompt shipping investigation and refund/reshipment.

3. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@offroadhq.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds and Exchanges
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and processed.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at returns@offroadhq.com to arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
