2022 Polaris Pro R RaceCar Build

This 2022 Polaris RZR Pro R was built with two key objectives: to dominate long-distance desert racing and to turn heads while doing it. Starting with a stock RZR Pro R, we meticulously selected premium upgrades to achieve peak performance and unmatched style in partnership with Polaris Factory Racing & OffRoad HQ!

Race-Ready Enhancements

We began by outfitting the RZR Pro R with a robust 40-gallon fuel cell to ensure you can push through the toughest desert stretches without frequent stops. The full tube chassis was chosen for its strength and durability, making it perfect for handling the rigors of desert racing.

Inside the cockpit, we've installed a pair of PRP fiberglass Alpha seats for ultimate comfort and support. Paired with PRP's 5.3 Camlock harnesses, you'll stay securely in place even through the roughest terrain. To complete the interior, we added a PRP deep dish leather steering wheel for enhanced control and style.

Advanced Electronics and Lighting

The RZR Pro R is equipped with top-of-the-line electronics to keep you ahead of the competition. We integrated a Switch Pros RCR Force 12-button for seamless control of the electrical systems. Illuminate the path with Baja Designs LP80's mounted on the A-pillars, a powerful 10" OnX6 light bar on the front bumper paird with a LP6, and an additional Baja Designs 40" OnX6 light bar on the roof. To make sure our competition could see us we installed a RTL on the back of the bar. Along with Dome and Rock lights for the night races! 

Wheels & Tires

Wheels and tires are critical for desert racing, so we chose 15" Method 401R Beadlock wheels wrapped with a set of 33" Tensor DRS tires. To handle unexpected obstacles, we equipped the RZR Pro R with a durable spare tire mount, complete with a matching spare to keep you prepared for any scenario.
