Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your delivery location, and the shipping carrier. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — there are no hidden fees.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the carrier's standard service times from our fulfillment location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Stocking & Direct-from-Brand Shipping

OffRoad HQ operates as both a stocking retailer and an authorized reseller for the brands we carry. While many products ship directly from our inventory, some items ship directly from the manufacturer or our brand partners. This allows us to offer a wider selection of products without compromising on quality or authenticity — every item we sell is sourced through official channels.

For items shipping directly from a brand partner, lead times may be longer than our standard processing window. If your order includes a product with an extended lead time, we will contact you by email within 1–2 business days to confirm the estimated ship date and give you the option to proceed or cancel your order for a full refund.

If your order contains both stocking and direct-from-brand items, they may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Most orders within the continental United States arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may have longer delivery times and higher shipping costs. These will be reflected accurately at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. OffRoad HQ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Info@OffRoadHQ.com.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage to the packaging and the product before doing anything else. Contact us at Info@OffRoadHQ.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

OffRoad HQ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier directly. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
