If a part isn't right for your build, here's exactly how to send it back.

Email us
Within 30 days of delivery, email Info@OffRoadHQ.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Get authorization
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without one may be refused.

Ship it back
Parts must be unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging with all components. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made the mistake.

Get refunded
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
Wrong or damaged part?
We'll make it right
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If we sent the wrong part or it arrived damaged, we'll provide a prepaid return label and replace or refund it.
Not eligible for return
A few exceptions
Special orders, final sale items, digital products, and any part that shows signs of installation or use.
